To do so you can use any document scanning app for your smartphone such as Turbo Scan and Office Lens and email the documents to your Accounteer inbox. When you open your inbox in the top right menu you see a unique email address. When you send documents to this email address they are added to your inbox. Besides scanning with your smartphone, you can also forward any invoice you received via email and it will be waiting for you in Accounteer. Now you’ll never lose any document and you have a secure digital archive of all your documents.
