But there always was the concern, “did my client receive his document?” While delivery rates are outstanding, there is always a slight chance you might have misspelled an email address, your email ended up in the spam folder, or your customer claims he hasn’t received your invoice because he doesn’t wat to pay. Given that cash is king for any business you want to receive your invoice payments as fast as possible. That’s why we are pleased to announce email tracking. You can now keep track of all the offers, quotes and invoices you send out. You can see the exact time when a client has received and read your message.
